Agent integrations
Connected agents can request Cowslator’s local PDF, image, document and media tools. Processing stays in your browser; Cortex learns from processing experience.
Current integration
The MCP runtime supports authenticated agent sessions through an optional local companion. A connection receives only the tools and file aliases exposed to its session. Ordinary chat workflows work without an agent connection.
Capability scope
The local capability catalog includes PDF editing/compression/OCR, image operations, document conversion/summaries/semantic search, media conversion/editing/transcription and ZIP creation. Agent requests use the same validated scheduler, selected-file scope and cancellation controls, including supported batch workflows.
Access and results
Agents receive job receipts and can check or cancel their own batches. Results remain available in Cowslator. Signed processing-experience exchange is integrated into MCP; it excludes document contents, prompts, file names and results. Connections do not receive vault keys or access to other files.
